No trip to Brisbane is complete without walking across Story Bridge, an iconic cantilever bridge spanning the Brisbane River; the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, which is home to more than 130 koalas, as well as kangaroos, wombats, emus, dingoes, Tasmanian devils, and platypus; and Mt. Coot-tha, which affords sweeping views of Brisbane. 

West End

Brisbane's West End is a mecca for foodies with its cornucopia of globally inspired restaurants. It also boasts cool cafes, vintage clothing shops, and pubs.
